Violins: G and B-flat major, three octaves
Violas and cellos: C and E-flat major, three octaves
Winds and brass: major and minor scales up to four sharps and flats, two octaves, chromatic scale

Solo: Prepare a solo or portion of a solo (of your choice) that best demonstrates your abilities. This should be a studied and prepared piece, not a work in progress. The solo should showcase your technical and musical abilities, as well as your preparation.
Sight reading: Be prepared to sight read a short excerpt from the orchestral literature.
Familiarity with G, D and C major notes/finger patterns on all 4 strings.
Ability and/or willingness to learn to read music is a must.
Approximate level would be end of Suzuki Books 1 or 2.
